If the network is available, then the communication should be equivalent to LoRaWAN. We have customers using LoRaWAN with tens of thousands of devices and have met reliability problems.
A NB-IoT não oferece bom suporte a dispositivos móveis. E o dispositivo precisa se reconectar à rede se estiver em roaming entre diferentes estações base ou se o veículo estiver se movendo muito rápido.
Also, please confirm whether NB-IoT or LTE-M is available along the way. The network coverage is not as good as 4G (including Cat-1) in general. The LoRaWAN network can be deployed by ourselves.
