If we want to add extra sensors or integrate with our own software, is that something you can do?

Adding sensors involves a hardware change, so we would need to evaluate the cost and then get back to you. But yes, it is possible.
As for software, we sell hardware only, but we can definitely integrate all devices with a client’s software — this is something we do almost every day.
